The Confederate Crossing
Homeowners Association (CCHOA)

The Confederate Crossing Homeowners Association (CCHOA) is a non-profit mutual benefit corporation set up to provide for the management, maintenance, and preservation of Confederate Crossing subdivision. All homeowners are members, and together collectively as a group comprise the Homeowner’s Association.

The association has been successful because of the willingness of residents who volunteer their time and talents. Volunteers serve on the board and staff committees in support of areas such as Architectural Reviews, Finance, Property Maintenance, Website, and Social Activities. Volunteer opportunities are readily available. Please contact us if you are interested
