Our Bylaws identify the purpose, objectives and administrative conduct of the CCHOA. Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions provide various restrictions on structures, fences, setback lines, landscaping, prohibited activities, pets and animals, parking, signs, antennas, etc. The CCHOA Bylaws and governing Covenants and Restrictions are available for your use and review at the links below. Failure to abide by the restrictions may result in violation notices being issued, and if not resolved, fines assessed.
